Dear Jan,
To become naked as you have been advocating, is what we must do if we are to understand the direction we have been taking in our lives and what we must do if we had failed to find a meaning to our lives.
To become naked, it requires that life`s experiences be peeled off, layer by layer, until we get to the love that we were born with, which is the very essence of our being. There we will meet all the characteristics of love that God intended for us to live our lives with by giving of ourselves the love that we are to wherever it is needed.
We will then understand how much of that love is found in each of the layers that we had peeled off and the nature of the fears that had interfered with the free flow of our love. It will also help us to understand the makeup of that interference which are identified as abuses we may have imposed upon others or abuses which others have imposed upon us.
By revealing our nakedness, we will discover how those fears can be overcome, whether we have imposed them on others or whether others have imposed them on us. We will then begin to understand the need for forgiveness, to forgive those who had imposed fears upon us and for others to forgive us if we had imposed fears upon them. That is the only way for the love that is found in our own nakedness and in the nakedness of others, to flow as freely and as unconditionally as God had intended.
With Love,
