Reading your beautiful work "Innately Good" again and loving every minute. As I journey through each page I feel I am reaching a new chapter within myself. A lot has changed in my life since first reading and I know that there is a reason I picked it up again. From watching my mom since April 2010 gracefully battle terminal brain cancer, to my dad's unexpected heart attack and subsequent death just weeks ago, I have felt raw and vulnerable. Often asking how this could be happening all at once and why.

I have stumbled through various stages of grief and questioned my ability to stay strong and positive for my mom (and for me!). Each day I discover ways to learn from these life changing moments. Whether it's a song, a quote, or a perfectly-timed post on facebook (thank you!). I truly feel avenues of love are revealed to me as a reminder of my own self love and strength!

Jan, I feel your heart and love in your columns, emails, retreats, books and posts, and they help and inspire me more than you know. I love you and thank you my eternal friend.
